Family/Teacher/Student Conferences May 3rd

As we approach the end of our fourth instructional cycle, we would like to extend to you the opportunity to meet with your child’s teachers to discuss their academic performance this year. We will hold a parent/teacher/student conference night on Thursday, May 3rd from 3:00-7:00 PM. Our scholars have worked so hard this year, and we are excited to be able to discuss their achievement with you.

All staff members will be available during these conferences, and meetings will be first-come, first-served. You will also be able to get your child’s report card and current test scores. If you are unable to attend conferences during this time, but would still like to schedule a conference with any of your child’s teachers, please contact them directly via your child’s homework phone list.

Enrollment Open Houses

South City Prep is hosting three open houses for families interested in enrolling their child for the 2012-2013 school year. Prospective families can tour the school, visit classes, and talk to staff and scholars while seeing South City Prep in action. If you have a student who will be in 5th, 6th, or 7th grade next year, we’d love to see you at one of the following open houses:

  • Friday, May 18th 9:00AM-11:00AM
  • Friday, June 1st 9:00AM-11:00AM
  • Friday, June 15th 9:00AM-11:00AM
